Hiten Suthar

Hiten Suthar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Hiten is currently working as the Principal Architect at Aera Technology since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Fidelity Charitable® from March 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they built a data engineering team from scratch and implemented an agile-based process. Hiten has also worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Aera Technology from March 2017 to March 2020, where they led, hired, and scaled engineering teams and actively participated in designing highly scaled systems. Before that, they worked at FusionOps, where they held the roles of Software Engineering Manager from April 2011 to February 2017 and Lead Software Engineer & Architect from March 2000 to March 2011. At FusionOps, they played a key role in the company's growth and was responsible for hiring and building high-performing teams. Hiten also led the development of a high-volume transactional B2B e-procurement system and provided technical assistance to clients.

Hiten Suthar earned an MCA degree in Computer Programming from South Gujarat University, which they attended from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed a B.S. degree in Statistics at Sardar Patel University from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in October 2017, and Scrum Master Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2017.
