Nina Dean has extensive work experience in the tech industry, with a focus on support and operations roles. Nina currently serves as the Senior Director of Platform Operations at Aera Technology, where they are responsible for establishing standard operating procedures and transitioning operational tasks to a newly formed team. Prior to this, Nina worked at Anaplan for several years, holding various leadership positions. As the Head of Level 3 Support and Director of Global Customer Care, they built and managed a global team and implemented processes to improve customer experience and reduce internal wait times. Nina also briefly served as the Head of Product Support. Before joining Anaplan, Nina worked as a 3rd Level Support Analyst at Cognos and Adaytum. Nina'scareer began at Nestlé as an Operational Research Analyst.
Nina Dean earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science with Information Technology from the University of Exeter, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
