Matt Hennigan

Matt Hennigan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matt began their career in 2001 as a Management Accountant at Lufthansa Technik Turbines Shannon Ltd. Matt then worked as a Materials & Cost Accountant at Lufthansa Turbine Technik Shannon until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, Matt served as a Project Manager at GECAS. Matt then joined GE Commercial Finance as a Finance Projects Leader in 2005. Matt went on to become the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at GE Capital Aviation Services from 2012 to 2014. Matt simultaneously held the role of Senior FP&A Analyst and later became the FP&A Regulatory Manager at GE Capital Aviation Services from 2014 to 2022. Currently, Matt works as an IT Project Manager at AerCap, starting in 2022.

Matt Hennigan's education history includes several institutions and fields of study. In 1990 to 1994, they attended Limerick Institute of Technology, where they focused on the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. From 2005 to 2007, Matt pursued a program in Purchasing & Material Management at Limerick Institute of Technology. Following this, they attended National College of Ireland from 2007 to 2008, where they earned a BA 1st Hons degree in Accounting. In 2010, Matt briefly attended Florence Learning Centre for Management Development. Additionally, in March 2023, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
