Rachael Masterson

Rachael Masterson started their work experience in 2015 as a Server and Hostess at The Blarney Stone Bar and Grill. In 2016, they worked as a Temporary Clerical Officer at the Department of Social Protection. From 2016 to 2022, they held various roles at First Derivative, including Team Lead - RBSi, Business Analyst - NatWest Markets, Business Analyst / PMO - UBS AG, Business Analyst - Bank of Montreal (BMO), and Data Analyst - Ulster Bank & Allied Irish Banks (AIB). Rachael'sresponsibilities at Ulster Bank & Allied Irish Banks included working as part of an analytical team to analyze problem debt portfolios in order to support strategic decision making. Since 2023, they have been working as a Senior Business Analyst at AerCap.
