Chad Haddad

Chad Haddad's work experience includes being the Director of Operations at AERCO International, Inc. since June 2018 and previously serving as the Value Stream Manager from June 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they worked at Camfil as the General Manager from September 2007 to February 2017, where they had profit and loss responsibility for site operations. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager at ITT Industries and the Vice President of Operations at Titan Tool Inc. At both companies, they implemented various strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Chad Haddad has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Chad also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Rutgers Business School. In addition to their formal education, Chad has completed certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in January 2021, and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in November 2020.
