Derrick Hoffmann began their career at Copy Concepts Inc in 2005 as a Senior Account Executive. In 2009, they joined Aercor Inc where they held various roles including Regional Vice President of Sales - Central (US), Regional Vice President of Sales - North Central US, Regional Sales Director, and Regional Sales Manager.

Derrick Hoffmann attended Rasmussen University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associates degree in Sales and Marketing.
