Tom Smith

Tom Smith is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Aeria Management Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Dexus from January 2019 to May 2022, focusing on industrial development for the North and Western Australia regions. Tom's career spans prominent roles at Qantas from 2011 to January 2019, including Manager of Real Estate and Property Development, as well as positions in property development and facilities management. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at DCCH Project Management and participation in deal management at Macquarie Group. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Property and Development from UNSW and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
