Michel Allegue has had a varied career in the technology industry. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Full-time Professor at CUJAE Polytechnic University. Michel then moved to the University of Seville, where they worked as a Research Engineer from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Researcher Engineer at University College Dublin (UCD) and the European Space Agency (ESA) subcontract. In this role, they led a successful technology transfer project with the ESA in Satellite Communications, developed a test platform for FPGA measurements and digital signal processing (DSP) techniques implementation, prototyped digital processing techniques in FPGAs for real-time processing, implemented ADC calibration algorithms and communication transceivers in FPGAs, designed C++ classes for a simulation platform employed by the ESA in satellite communications, and supervised Ph.D. students in advanced measurement systems. From 2015 to present, Michel has held the role of CTO at Aerial Technologies and Entrepreneur in Residence at TandemLaunch Inc.
Michel Allegue's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electronics, Signal Processing and Communications from Universidad de Sevilla, which they completed between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Electronics, Signal Processing and Communications from the same university between 2008 and 2010. Michel also holds an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunication and Electronics from CUJAE Polytechnic University, which they completed between 2001 and 2006.
