Jay Bhansali

Jay Bhansali serves as the General Manager at Aeries Technology Group, spearheading strategy and operations since January 2021. In this role, Jay has successfully launched over 30 Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India and Mexico, overseeing operations with more than 500 personnel and generating over $25 million in annual contracted value. Jay established a comprehensive GCC practice, enhancing client value throughout various lifecycle stages, and introduced an AI-powered platform titled "One GCC" to streamline operations. Prior to Aeries, Jay was the Technical Centre of Excellence Leader at HERE Technologies, managing a high-performance GCC and facilitating the growth of global programs. Additional experience includes roles at Capgemini Consulting, Welingkar Institute of Management, Provogue India Ltd., and Tata Consultancy Services, along with academic credentials in E-Business and Mechanical Engineering from prominent institutions.
