Nishant Kashyap is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in business transformation, consulting, and strategic management. Currently serving as VP of Business Transformation and Consulting at Aeries Technology, Nishant previously held the position of Head of Business Transformation and Excellence at Writer Corporation, leading initiatives in business excellence, digital transformation, sustainability, and innovation. Nishant founded Kshyapa, an independent consulting practice focusing on strategy and program management, after serving as Head of Operations at RoofandFloor, where significant operational improvements were achieved.
