Shilpa Rao is currently working as a Talent Acquisition at Aeries. Prior to this, Shilpa held similar positions at CyberArk, Netcracker Technology, and Randstad India. With a background in Recruitment Full Life Cycle and Delivery Quality, Shilpa has experience in CMM Level 2 Process. Shilpa also worked as a Manager - Talent Partner and Delivery Lead at Randstad India Pvt. Ltd. In terms of education, Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Osmania University. Prior to their current roles, Shilpa worked as a Sr.Recruitment Consultant at Summit HR & Payroll.
