Blake Sikes

Blake Sikes currently serves as the Regional Head of Partner Operations for North America at Aeris IoT SaaS, where responsibilities include driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting sales strategy. Prior experience includes over thirteen years at Ericsson as a Global Service Delivery Manager, managing customer relations and service level agreements, and as a Product Line Maintenance Engineer III, addressing call processing issues in CDMA networks. Blake’s earlier roles at Nortel involved emergency recovery engineering and software support for GSM networks, while an initial position at Verizon focused on customer sales in print advertising. Blake holds a BS in Telecommunications from The University of Texas at Dallas and has a BS in Computer Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
