Raghwendra Anand

Raghwendra Anand is an experienced Release Manager at Aeris Communications since September 2021, previously serving as an ITSM Manager at Ericsson from March 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing and coordinating change and incident management processes in adherence to ITIL standards. Raghwendra also worked as an Implementation Engineer, focusing on deploying Dark Fiber infrastructure for Sprint's network. Raghwendra holds two Bachelor of Technology degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from BR DAV Public School and Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad, both completed in 2014.
