Tariq Shahab

Tariq Shahab currently serves as Head of IoT Platform Business Development for Enterprises and OEMs at Aeris Communications, a role commenced in April 2023 following Aeris's acquisition of Ericsson's IoT business. With extensive experience spanning over three decades in sales and business development roles, Tariq has led initiatives in diverse sectors, including automotive, healthcare, and logistics, focusing on leveraging IoT technology to drive operational efficiencies and profitability for clients. Previous positions include Head of IoT Sales and Business Development at Ericsson and Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at ST-Ericsson, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University Karachi Pakistan.
