Cezar Rogerio Borges

Cezar Rogerio Borges is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in composite materials and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Development Manager at Aeris Energy since 2012, Cezar oversees the tooling and mold engineering sector, following a role as a draftsman focused on wind industry devices and molds. Prior to Aeris Energy, Cezar held managerial and design positions at Aeroalcool Tecnologia Ltda., where expertise in composite materials and production techniques was developed over nine years. Cezar's research background includes a position at Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do estado de São Paulo, contributing to aerospace engineering projects. Cezar holds a degree in Product Design from Universidade de Franca and an MBA in Project Management from Uniamericas, along with various qualifications in solid modeling and entrepreneurship.
