Aisling McGinn

Aisling McGinn is the Senior Manager of Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting at Aero Capital Solutions. Aisling has over seven years of experience in accounting and finance, including four years in auditing with PwC. In their current role, Aisling is responsible for overseeing key financial reporting areas for Aero Capital Solutions. These areas include the preparation and filing of statutory accounts, the compilation and analysis of monthly results, and the maintenance of the company balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs. In addition, they assist with the development of company budgets/forecasts and business plans, as well as CAPEX management and reporting.

Prior to joining Aero Capital Solutions, Aisling spent two years as the Financial Reporting Team Lead at Aer Lingus. In this role, they were responsible for managing and overseeing the Group's quarterly/annual results reporting, technical accounting guidance to senior management and the wider finance team, and the preparation and filing of statutory accounts.

Before their time at Aer Lingus, Aisling spent four years with PwC Ireland in both audit and assistant manager roles. Aisling also completed a 5-month secondment in PwC Zurich as an audit senior on a large SEC listed global manufacturing client (US GAAP & SOX 404).

Aisling began their career in accounting as a summer intern with PwC Ireland in 2013 and they later joined the firm full-time as an assistant manager in 2014. She

Aisling McGinn is a Chartered Accountant who has studied accounting and finance at Chartered Accountants Ireland and Trinity College Dublin. Aisling has also completed the Leaving Certificate at Manor House School in Raheny.
