Mark Overbeck started their work experience in 2011 at Skidmore Sales & Distributing Co., Inc. where they held roles in purchasing and logistics coordination. In these positions, they built vendor relationships, managed inventory levels, and negotiated rates with third-party logistics brokers and truckload carriers. In 2013, they joined Processor's Choice as an Operations Manager, where they implemented strategies to improve operating standards, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Mark then returned to Skidmore Sales & Distributing Co., Inc. in 2015 as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations. In this role, they executed strategies to enhance customer service productivity, led a 3-year construction project, and implemented a customer ERP embedded CX Tool to drive high customer satisfaction. Most recently, in March 2022, they became the Director of Operations at Aero Fulfillment Services.

Mark Overbeck completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed two years of Course Work in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the Miami University Farmer School of Business, from 2001 to 2003.
