Rebecca Lucia, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Aero Instruments & Avionics, Inc. since February 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist at the same organization. Rebecca's previous experience at Aleron spanned from October 2016 to February 2023, where positions included Human Resources Compliance Specialist II and Affirmative Action/EEO Specialist.
