Tracey Faulkner has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over three decades. Tracey has held various roles in human resources and management positions in a range of industries.
Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Aero Metals Alliance, an alliance of five metal suppliers. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at R-Tech Tool & Machine for five years, where they developed and implemented organizational strategies and managed human resource operations.
Tracey also has experience in the restaurant industry, where they worked as a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings and as the Food & Beverage Director at Wichita Greyhound Park.

Our intention will be to grow this alliance by introducing partners who can add value to the global aerospace industry.
