Joel Jolley

Joel Jolley has a diverse work experience, ranging from information technology roles to business development positions. In their most recent role at Aero Simulation, Inc., they served as the Senior Director of Business Development, responsible for driving growth opportunities. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development at the same company. Joel also worked at TRU Simulation + Training, where they served as a Business Development Manager and a Systems Engineer IV/B-1 SME. In these roles, they developed opportunities and facilitated interdisciplinary teams. Before transitioning to the private sector, Joel worked for the United States Air Force as a Department Manager/Instructor Combat Systems Officer, where they managed teams and strategic goals. Joel began their career as an Information Technology Specialist at Brigham Young University and also worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Utah Physiatry Associates and Acumen Medical. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Software Test Engineer at Key Labs.

Joel Jolley has a strong education background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University, earned between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Astronomy from Brigham Young University, from 2001 to 2007. It can also be noted that they gained valuable knowledge and skills in military and strategic leadership during their time at the United States Air Force, where they studied from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, Joel obtained a certification in Interviewing Techniques from LinkedIn in May 2022.
