Guilherme Hyppolito

Guilherme Hyppolito has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Guilherme started their career as an Intern at Vertically Integrated Projects in 2014, where they worked on the design and development of mobile apps for precision farm management. In 2015, they joined Cervejaria Ambev as an IT Services Analyst, responsible for reporting service level information and managing the development of an IT Service Management application. Guilherme later held roles as a Cloud Operations Specialist and Workplace & Collaboration Specialist, where they managed teams and implemented new governance processes for the company's cloud environment and supported Workplace applications for thousands of employees.

In 2021, Guilherme joined Aero as an IT Operations Manager, overseeing IT operations for the company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in project management, budget control, technical guidance, and implementing new technologies. Guilherme has experience in managing large-scale projects, such as a Workplace modernization project targeting over 35,000 employees in South America. Guilherme has also been involved in managing incidents, implementing cost-saving strategies, and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Additionally, they have a background in academia, having worked as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Universidade de São Paulo, where they provided support to students during lab sessions. Guilherme Hyppolito obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. In addition, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering at Purdue University from 2013 to 2014.

Guilherme also has additional certifications, including AWS Business Essentials from Amazon Web Services, which they obtained in May 2017, and Google Tag Manager Fundamentals from Google, Social Marketing Tools, which they acquired in July 2015.
