Hisham Kasseer

Hisham Kasseer has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of Internal IT Operations at the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario since July 2018. In this role, Hisham oversees the installation and management of Windows Server in a Hyper-V Cluster environment, administers Active Directory, and maintains both HPE storage nodes and Cisco appliances. Prior to this, Hisham worked at Consolidated Contractors International Company from July 2008 to December 2017, where responsibilities included team leadership of IT engineers, design and configuration of server infrastructures, and implementing security measures within network resources. Hisham holds a Certificate in IT Infrastructure from Humber College and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of Baghdad.
