Effi Herawaty JUPRI has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Effi Herawaty started their career in 2001 as a Flight Attendant at Malaysia Airlines, where they worked until 2006. Effi Herawaty then joined Digi Telecommunications as a Customer Service Representative, gaining experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. In 2008, they transitioned to Standard Chartered Bank, initially as a Service Banker and later as a Senior Service Banker and Senior Global Operation Officer. Here, they gained expertise in banking operations and customer service. In 2013, they joined Airbus as a Customer Service Executive at Airbus Helicopters Simulation Center, MY, and later as a Component On Demand Specialist, focusing on providing excellent customer support and managing component orders. In 2018, they joined Skyways Technics A/S as a Customer Support Executive, where they continued to excel in customer support. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Sales Customer Support at Aerobay. Throughout their career, Effi has consistently demonstrated strong customer service skills and a dedication to providing exceptional support in various industries.
Effi Herawaty Jupri obtained their Matriculation degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Effi Herawaty completed their education at the university from 1998 to 2001.
