David (Dai) Garrett

David (Dai) Garrett has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. David (Dai) is currently serving as the Global VP of People & Talent at AeroCloud, a company that specializes in developing advanced cloud-native software solutions for the aviation industry. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of People & Talent at AeroCloud, where they played a crucial role in building their Intelligent Airport Management System (iAM).

Before joining AeroCloud, David worked at MarketFinance as the Head of Recruitment. At MarketFinance, they were responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes and supporting UK businesses in building successful teams.

David also served as the Associate Director at Woodrow Mercer, where they managed the WM DevOps & Cloud Practice. David (Dai)'srole involved enabling companies to deploy code faster, identify and fix errors, and build safe code.

David (Dai) further gained experience as the Head of Client Partners at eSynergy Solutions, a community-driven software business that offers Teams as a Service and supports customers in delivering software-based outcomes.

Earlier in their career, David held the position of QLD Practice Manager at The Safe Step, an HR Director & Recruitment Director at MJB, a Principal HR Consultant at Prospect Consulting Group, and a State Manager at Ambit.
