Matthew Allen is a seasoned professional in product management and technical operations with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently, Matthew serves as a Senior Product Delivery Manager at AeroCloud, where responsibilities include managing product innovation and overseeing remote software development teams. Previous roles include Head of Product at SuperBike Factory and Innovation Director at FLYdocs, where Matthew successfully introduced a staged-gate innovation lifecycle process and contributed to establishing the company's strategic direction. With a solid foundation in technical support and engineering, including positions at Thomson Airways, Bombardier Aerospace, and British Airways, Matthew possesses a comprehensive background in aircraft acquisitions, operations management, and project oversight.
