Micaela Compiano has worked in a variety of finance and accounting roles since 1997. Micaela began their career as a Trainee at McDonalds in 1997, where they were responsible for coordination, monitoring and control of a group of employees assigned to training areas. In 1998, they joined Carlos A. Henault & Asoc. Accounting Bureau as an Administrative Assistant, where they automated and digitalized spreadsheets and working files. In 2001, they moved to Reebok as an Accounting and Management Analyst, where they were responsible for analysis of accounts, including Inter-company, calculation and analysis of unit costs, sales and stock valuation, and budget control. In 2005, they joined both DIRECTV and Verizon Business Argentina, where they worked as an Accounting Analyst and an Accountant and Tax Analyst, respectively. Micaela was responsible for analysis of accounts, corporate reporting, financial statements working papers, and regulatory compliance of Central Bank at Verizon. In 2009, they joined Encompass Digital Media, Inc. as a Regional Finance Manager, where they were responsible for compliance and monitoring of Financial Debt, full time support to the negotiation and implementation of the loan with the IFC - World Bank, and the sale of the company. Micaela was also responsible for accounts receivable and payable department, and cash flow budgeting and its variances. In 2015, they joined Aerodoc as a Finance Director, where they were responsible for accounting, taxes, AR & AP, financial statements, and cash flow management. Micaela also analyzed and supervised special projects, such as the implementation of SAP Business One and the revision of all the process for reporting and budgeting. Micaela developed and implemented weekly, monthly and yearly reporting and budgeting.

Micaela Compiano's education history consists of a Master in Finance from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella from 2006 to 2007, an Accountant degree from the University of Buenos Aires from 1997 to 2003, and a course from Motivarte.
