Ofer Alshech

Ofer Alshech serves as Chief Financial Officer at Talent Group IL since 2019, specializing in entrepreneurship and investments across various sectors including Hi-Tech and digital health. Ofer is also the Founder and Board member of Wings IL, Managing Partner, Founder, and CEO of Talent Fund, and holds a board position at Isras Group, one of Israel's largest real estate companies, where responsibilities include chairing the Balance Sheet Committee and participating in the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Additionally, Ofer has served as a board member at Aerodrome and Canada Global, and as an External Director at F&G Detection and previously at Future Crops, where Ofer oversaw global finance and business development initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Startup Mentor at the Founder Institute and as CFO at Reshet.tv, managing financial responsibilities and securing investments. Ofer holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
