Kazuhiro Mizuta

Kazuhiro Mizuta has extensive experience in various companies and roles. Kazuhiro started their career as an Engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation in 2008, where they were responsible for developing lightweight composites for fuel cell vehicles. Kazuhiro also managed R&D activities with global partners and suppliers. In 2015, they joined ZMP Inc. as a Manager, leading autonomous driving projects and managing the R&D team. At AeroEdge Co., Ltd., where they have been since 2017, they have held roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Managing Director, and COO/CTO. In these positions, they have been involved in corporate innovation and growth strategy, strategic alliances, and managing mass production operations. Kazuhiro has also been responsible for implementing problem-solving methodologies and TOYOTA way principles.

Kazuhiro Mizuta has a strong education background in various fields. In 2000, they started their educational journey at Doshisha University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mechanical Engineering. Kazuhiro successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2004.

Following their bachelor's degree, Kazuhiro Mizuta continued their education at Doshisha University. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, further honing their knowledge in the field.

In 2006, Mizuta seized an opportunity to broaden their education by enrolling in Cornell University. During their time there, they engaged in graduate research, focusing on Fiber Science. This experience allowed him to delve into a different area of study and gain valuable insights.

In 2007, Mizuta decided to explore the field of Innovation Management and Management of Technology. Kazuhiro pursued a Master of Engineering degree at Duke University from 2007 to 2008.

After consolidating their knowledge in management, Mizuta shifted their focus towards engineering once again. In 2019, they embarked on a new educational endeavor at Tokyo Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Engineering. This program spanned from 2019 to 2022, reflecting their commitment to advancing their expertise in the field.

Finally, in 2014, Mizuta had the opportunity to enhance their business acumen by studying at the prestigious University of Cambridge. Kazuhiro attended this institution for a year, specializing in Innovation, Strategy, Venture Business, and Global Business, ultimately earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
