Richard Young

Richard Young currently serves as Plant Director at AeroFarms, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Richard served in various capacities at Curaleaf, including Vice President of Field Operations and Senior Director of Operations from July 2020 to October 2024. Richard's career began at Materion Corporation, where Richard worked as Production Manager from July 1997 to October 2014. Richard holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
