Rick Brenner

Advisor at AeroFlexx

Rick is an advisor to AeroFlexx and is the CPO of Innventure, a Wasson Enterprise partnership. Rick also is Head of Strategy and Intelligent Innovation for SPRIM Americas. Rick’s role at SPRIM provides seamless access to a broad range of fungible resources to support Innventure efforts, including scientific analysis, market insights and administrative support. Rick brings over 30 years of experience in brand building, new products and innovation leadership.

Prior to joining SPRIM in 2010, Rick was the founding CEO of TyraTech, an XL Tech Group Company, where he led the newly launched company in 2004 with 3 employees, no revenue and a nascent technology to a successful IPO in 2007. Rick led the multi-year partnership and co-development team with Kraft Foods to develop a disruptive new technology, designed to help prevent parasitic infections in developing countries where parasitic infections are a major health issue.

Rick began his career in Market Research, followed by six years at Leo Burnett Advertising where he managed accounts including Green Giant, United Airlines and Procter & Gamble. Following his tenure at Leo Burnett, he spent eight years at Procter & Gamble where he was responsible for marketing and brand management for consumer products including Clarion Cosmetics, Noxzema Skin Care Products, and Secret and Sure Antiperspirants, where he led multiple new product launches, including Secret and Sure Ultra Dry and a line of personalized skin care products under the Clarion brand.

Rick received his MBA from Northwestern University, with majors in marketing and finance, and his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, with a major in Business Administration.
