Samantha Lowney has had a varied work experience since 2012. Samantha began as a Customer Service Representative at Sports Authority in 2012. In 2013, they interned at BluRiver Media Group Inc. and worked as an Executive Assistant at STRATEGIC MARKETING & PROMOTIONS L.P. Samantha also held a role as a Marketing Liaison & Event Coordinating Assistant at Entertainment Cruises Inc. in 2014. In 2019, they moved to Hornblower Cruises and Events as a Sales Account Manager, where they were responsible for Social Event Group Sales on 11 vessels in the New York Harbor. Samantha customized event packages based on budgets, passenger counts & flexibility of cruise date, facilitated & organized event details, and was responsible for growth revenue and prospecting opportunities within the assigned 150-200 account portfolio valuing $850K - $950K. Samantha was also one of the Top 15 Account Managers Across North America (2018 Fiscal Year) and independently obtained, managed & grew a $100K valued account. In 2020, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Aerolase.

Samantha Lowney obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from St. Thomas Aquinas College between 2011 and 2015. Samantha then obtained the Certified Digital Marketing Professional certification from the Digital Marketing Institute in August 2021.
