Sarah Postema

Sarah Postema is currently a Research and Development Engineer at Aerometals, Inc., a position held since May 2023, following an internship in the same department from May to August 2022. During the internship, Sarah contributed to various projects involving drawing revisions, writing work instructions, enhancing installation procedures, and CAD modeling. Prior to these roles, Sarah served as an Administrative Assistant at Aerometals, where responsibilities included managing filing systems, front desk duties, customer interactions, and assisting HR, which developed strong organizational and time management skills. Sarah also gained hands-on experience as a Machinist Apprentice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Academically, Sarah is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Global Business at California State University-Sacramento, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
