Payman Ameen

Payman Ameen has a strong background in structural engineering and simulation, with extensive experience in static strength analysis and design requirements. Payman worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Öhlins Racing AB since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Simulation Engineer at TTS Marine AB from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for analyzing marina RORO structures. Payman also worked as a Structural Engineer and Simulation Engineer at companies like Etteplan, VETEC AB, FS DYNAMICS, Xact Consultance, Semcon, and LLENTAB GROUP, where they were involved in static strength analysis and stability assessments of various structures. Payman is skilled in using performance tools such as Genie, Ansys, Hypermesh, Abaqus, and SAP 2000.

Payman Ameen has a strong educational background in engineering. Payman obtained a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering with a specialization in Steel and Timber Construction from Chalmers University of Technology between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Baghdad University in Iraq, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering and a specialization in Concrete from 1988 to 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Payman Ameen has also obtained a certification in Learning Python from LinkedIn in December 2020.
