Jorge L. Jácome has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Jorge L. began their career in 1987 as a Powerplant Engineer at Mexicana de Aviacion. Jorge L. then held various positions at Mexicana de Aviacion, including Engineering Director, VP Engineering, and SVP Fleet Planning. In 2011, they became the Senior VP Engineering & Maintenance at Mexicana MRO Services. From 2014 to the present, Jácome served as the Corporate SVP Maintenance & Engineering at Aeromexico. Additionally, they are currently the President of the ALTA Technical Committee at Asociación Latino Americana de Aviación. Jácome has expertise in leading maintenance and engineering divisions, managing repair stations, and overseeing diverse aircraft fleets.

Additionally, in 1999 and 2000, Jorge pursued a diploma in Administration of Service Companies from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
