Martin Vaivods

Martin Vaivods is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Aerones since November 2023, Martin oversees financial operations for a leading company in robotic wind turbine inspection and maintenance. As a Venture Partner at Change Ventures since 2021, Martin supports ambitious founders across the Baltic region. Previously, Martin held prominent roles at JOKR and Delivery Hero, where contributions to global strategy led to significant company growth. Early career experiences include advisory roles at Lazard and internships at Citi and Morgan Stanley. Martin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Cambridge.
