Claudia Botti

Claudia Botti has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate and urban planning. Claudia started their career in 2013 as an Urban Planner Consultant at Ufficio Sovracomunale di Desio e Lissone. In this role, they provided technical advice on urban planning matters. In 2015, they joined Prelios as an Urban Planning Specialist, where they focused on providing technical assistance for property development projects. Claudia conducted due diligence, feasibility studies, and managed complex urban transformation processes. In the same year, they also joined Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., initially as a Real Estate Business Development professional and later as the Head of Real Estate Business Development. In these roles, they were responsible for long-term development planning, concept design, coordination of design activities, permitting, commercialization, and contracting for non-aviation functions.

Claudia Botti completed a Percorso Executive Innovation & Design Management program at MIP Politecnico di Milano in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Urban Planning and Policy Design from Politecnico di Milano between 2009 and 2012. In 2006, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Urbanistica e Sistemi Informativi Territoriali from Sapienza Università di Roma. Claudia also holds a certification in Introduction to ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance from LinkedIn, although the year of obtaining it is unknown.
