Marco Guadalupi

Marco Guadalupi has held various roles throughout their work experience. Marco started their career at Bocconi University, where they worked as part of the Graduate Students Orientation Team, assisting and advising new foreign incoming students. Marco then joined the Italian Ministry of Economic Development as a Strategic Planning and Performance Evaluation Consultant. Marco later moved on to Filas S.p.A. - Venture Capital, where they worked as a Consultant, designing and implementing a new Performance Evaluation System. Marco then joined PwC as a Senior Associate Consultant, participating in Strategy and Operations Advisory projects with private and public companies, as well as international institutions. Currently, Marco is working at Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., where they have held various roles such as Head of Organization Development & Compliance HR, Operations Excellence and Cost Reduction Project Manager, HR Group Cost Budgeting, Planning & Controlling, and Organization and Business Process Improvement Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for driving organizational development projects and leading Group Operations Workforce Planning activities.

Marco Guadalupi has a strong educational background in economics and management. Marco obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management from Università Bocconi in 2010. In 2012, they furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science degree in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Organizations.

Marco also gained international experience by participating in academic exchange programs. In 2009-2010, they were an exchange student at Tsinghua University, focusing on International Economics and Management. In 2011, they attended the National University of Singapore as an exchange student, studying International Economics and Management.

Recently, Marco enrolled at MIP Politecnico di Milano in 2021 to complete an Executive Master program in Innovation & Design Management.

In addition to their formal education, Marco has pursued various certifications and professional development courses. These include certifications in enhancing team innovation, doubling productivity, leadership tips and advice, leadership mindsets, lean organization, lean six sigma - yellow belt, and PRINCE2 (2009) foundation.
