Jérémie Brûlé

Jérémie Brûlé currently serves as a Consultant for customer experience and marketing at ADM Aéroports de Montréal, while also coordinating events and partnerships. Since July 2023, Jérémie has worked as a Passenger Service Agent for Air Creebec, responsible for passenger check-in, boarding assistance, and baggage follow-ups. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Agent for Events and Meetings at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec and as a Front Desk Agent at Germain Hotels. Jérémie's background also encompasses a variety of customer service positions, including roles in the hospitality industry and as a Dental Receptionist. Jérémie is pursuing a DCS in Tourism Management from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, expected to complete in May 2024.
