Kara-Lucia Parkin

Kara-Lucia Parkin serves as the Head of People, Culture and Quality at Aeroqual Ltd since June 2019 and previously held the position of Quality Manager. Between May 2019 and August 2021, Kara-Lucia was a Board Member at Waitematā Community Law and from February 2019 to January 2021 at Creative Communities Scheme, which supports the arts in New Zealand. Prior roles include Quality Management and Health Safety positions at Kahui Tu Kaha from October 2017 to June 2019 and Te Whanau O Waipareira and Te Pou Matakana from June 2015 to October 2017. Academically, Kara-Lucia is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Massey University (2021-2023) and holds a Master of Quality Systems obtained from Massey University (2016-2018).
