Kerry Steenburgh

Kerry Steenburgh MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Most recently, Kerry worked as the Director of Human Resources at AeroSafe Global since November 2020. Prior to that, Kerry served as an HR Business Partner at L3Harris Corporation from September 2018 to November 2020. Before joining L3Harris Corporation, Kerry worked at The Flanders Group as the Director of Client Services, providing consulting and support to clients in HR and Safety-related matters from March 2017 to September 2018. Kerry also held various roles at Carestream Health, including Global HRIS System Transformation Lead and HR Manager for Dental Mfg Rochester, from October 2015 to March 2017, and Human Resources Manager (HR Business Partner) from July 2013 to October 2015. Prior to that, Kerry gained project management experience at Excellus BCBS, where they worked as a Team Lead for Transformation IFacets Claims Testing and as an Open Enrollment Project Team Leader and SourceCorp Coordinator. Kerry also held roles as an Operations Budget Analyst, Trainer/Project Manager, Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Job Analyst, and Employment Specialist during their tenure at Excellus BCBS.

Kerry Steenburgh MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College between the years 1998 and 2002. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from St. John Fisher University, which they successfully obtained from 2007 to 2010.
