Maria Esther Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Maria Esther is currently the CEO of AEROSENS, a company that provides IoT solutions for the aerospace industry. In this role, Maria aims to enhance aviation safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through the use of IoT technologies. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology Consultant at TagaCow. Maria also pursued an Executive MBA at ESADE Business & Law School from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they served as the COO of TagStone Technology, where they helped clients, including Dubai Police and Mercedes, manage their assets and supply chains using RFID, biometrics, and other emerging technologies. Their previous roles include Engineering Senior Director at TagStone Technology, Radio System Lead Engineer at Alcatel, and Radiocommunication Engineer at Airbus (Teuchos). Maria holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from ENSEEIHT.

Maria Esther Martinez attended Escuela Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicacion, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering. Maria Esther completed their education at this institution in the year 2000. Later, in 2014, they enrolled at Esade and pursued an Executive MBA degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Maria Esther successfully completed this program in 2016.
