Pauline Stieff, MA, CF, APMP, is a highly experienced strategic writing consultant, instructor, and coach specializing in fundraising and career development, currently operating through P.S. Publications since June 1996. In addition to this role, Pauline serves as a Communications Instructor at AJAC, teaching college-level writing and presentation courses, and recently managed resource development at Housing Hope, focusing on fundraising for affordable housing initiatives. Previous positions include serving as a Grants Manager at Pacific Northwest Research Institute and Director of Grants and Major Gifts Procurement at Bethany of the Northwest, where Pauline excelled in securing funding and fostering partnerships. Over the years, Pauline has held various positions in proposal management, technical writing, and grant administration across multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing community services through effective communication and funding strategies. AJAC | Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships
AJAC launched in 2008 with an investment from Washington State to skill-up the aerospace and advanced manufacturing workforce through registered apprenticeship. AJAC developed and implemented 13 high-growth, in-demand apprenticeship occupations to serve a variety of demographics, industries, and companies across the state. AJAC serves approximately 400 apprentices per year at close to 300 companies, partnering with 12 community colleges to ensure that all apprentices are receiving college credits while working towards a journey-level certificate.
