Dr Dawn Nell

Dr. Dawn Nell is a seasoned professional in digital content management and community engagement, currently serving as the Senior Digital Content Manager at the Aerospace, Security and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) since August 2023. With a strong background in content development, Dr. Nell previously held various roles at Academic Software, including Community Manager and Head of Content Development, where initiatives were launched for a community of over one million members. Dr. Nell’s experience encompasses editorial leadership, copywriting, and research across multiple academic institutions and industries, complemented by advanced degrees in History from the University of Oxford and the University of Cape Town.
