Louis Dechambre

Project Manager at Aerospacelab

Louis Dechambre has a diverse work experience. Louis started their career at Lonza in 2015 as a factory worker and later worked as an internal quality auditor. In 2014, they joined the Royal Belgian Air Cadets, gaining experience in gliding and flight-related topics. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at the Université de Liège as a laboratory monitor and pupil monitor, supervising laboratory sessions and explaining concepts to students. Louis then served as a research assistant at the Technical University of Munich, assisting in experimental substructuring and materials characterization. In 2021, they worked at VentureLab Belgium as a young entrepreneur. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at V2i s.a. as a test and study engineer and business engineer, responsible for tests, R&D projects, and creating/improving business service contents. Currently, they are working as a project manager at Aerospacelab.

Louis Dechambre pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in an unspecified field of study at the University of Liège from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Liège again from 2018 to 2020, completing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. In 2019, they attended the Technical University of Munich for a year, obtaining a Master 2 (M2) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Then, in the year 2020, they attended HEC Liège and pursued a Complementary Master in Entrepreneurship and Management, specializing in the field of Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
