Nicolas Oriol

Nicolas Oriol's work experience includes positions at Aerospacelab as an AOCS Engineer, OHB Sweden AB as an AOCS engineer, the European Space Agency as an AOCS/GNC Intern, Astrium as an Engineer intern during a gap year, and Republic Technologies as an intern working on a production line. Nicolas'smost recent role was at Aerospacelab, where they began in November 2019 and is currently still working. At OHB Sweden AB, Nicolas worked on projects including EDRS-C and H2Sat, where they were involved in operations, verification and validation of software, development of test cases and scenario tests, planning of technical activities, and writing test specifications. Before that, they gained experience as an intern at the European Space Agency, Astrium, and Republic Technologies.

Nicolas Oriol has a diverse education history. Nicolas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 2011. Prior to that, they completed an intensive foundation degree in Physics and Industrial Engineering at Lycée François Arago in 2009. Before that, they pursued another intensive foundation degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Engineering Sciences at Lycée Pierre de Fermat in 2008.

Additionally, Nicolas Oriol earned a graduate engineering diploma from Ecole centrale de Lyon in 2014. During this time, they also pursued a double degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014.
