Erich Becker

Erich Becker has an extensive work experience in the field of management and education. Erich started their career in 2001 as the Director of Management Systems at AeroSpec, Inc., where they managed various departments and was responsible for hiring employees and overseeing financial performance. Erich also implemented unique project management techniques such as scrum and agile methodologies.

In 2011, Erich joined Rio Salado College as an Adjunct Professor and the CIS105 Lead Instructor. In this role, they facilitated and taught beginning CIS and general education students, focusing on Microsoft Office 2021. Erich developed computer courses and conducted performance reviews of adjunct instructors. Erich aimed to prepare students for success in the business world and help them reach their full potential.

Erich Becker completed their education chronologically starting from 2002 to 2011. In 2002, Erich enrolled in Mesa Community College and pursued an Associate degree in General Studies, completing it in 2004. Moving forward, from 2004 to 2006, Erich attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Subsequently, Erich continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business in 2011. Additionally, in 2012, Erich obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from ScrumAlliance.
