Zach Marinella

Zach Marinella has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Zach is currently the Co-Founder of Marinella Research since December 2021. Prior to that, Zach worked at AeroSpec, Inc. for over a decade. Zach held the position of Director of Engineering since January 2019 and was responsible for leading project teams in the design, development, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems. Zach also had the role of Mechanical Engineering, Project Team Leader from December 2008 to December 2018, where they collaborated with clients in the semiconductor, defense systems, and medical device manufacturing industries to develop innovative manufacturing solutions. Before joining AeroSpec, Inc., Zach worked at Veeco as a Design Engineering from 2006 to 2008.

Zach Marinella received a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona between the years 2003 and 2008. Zach then went on to pursue a Master's Degree of Science in Engineering Management from the same university, which they completed between the years 2014 and 2016.
