Mark Dunlap

Mark Dunlap has over three decades of experience in the technology industry. Mark'smost recent role is as the Chief Performance and Reliability Architect at Aerospike, Inc. starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Advanced Technology Services at Yugabyte from August 2020 to March 2022. Before Yugabyte, Mark was the Founder and GM of Greenplum Building Blocks at Pivotal Software, Inc. from January 2018 to February 2020. Mark also founded E9Data and held the position of Founder & CTO from April 2015 to December 2017. Mark's earlier experience includes roles such as Chief Product Architect at Greenplum from January 2010 to April 2015, Co-Founder at Evergreen Technologies from January 2008 to January 2010, V.P. of Business Intelligence at Greenplum from May 2006 to January 2008, Director of Business Intelligence at Amazon.com from May 1999 to February 2006, and Director of Advanced Technology Group at Informix Software from January 1990 to May 1999.

Mark Dunlap earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
