Sourabh Bhagat

Sourabh Bhagat has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Sourabh is currently working as a Core Cloud Engineer at Aerospike, Inc. since 2021. Previously, they worked at Teradata as a Software Engineer II from 2019 to 2021. In this role, Sourabh developed a micro-service in Kubernetes for certificate management using the Hashicorp stack and Golang. Sourabh also implemented helm charts for deployment and set up alerting and monitoring systems. Prior to that, Sourabh worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Teradata in 2018. Sourabh gained experience in REST API development and worked with technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, Vault, and Elasticsearch when they were an Associate Software Engineer at Tekion from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Sourabh completed a summer internship at the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology in 2015.

Sourabh Bhagat holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Sourabh has obtained certifications including "AS101 Intro to Aerospike Enterprise Edition" from Aerospike, Inc. in July 2021 and "Application Security and Secure Coding Training (Golang)" from Checkmarx in August 2020.
