Thomas Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Thomas started their career in 2009 as a Quality Manager at Globelink Data, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, Thomas joined SAS as a Helpdesk Administrator, and later transitioned to the role of Helpdesk Technician, where they managed mobile device solutions and deployed Windows environments. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Associate Systems Administrator at SAS. In 2019, Thomas joined PaperCut Software as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Aerospike, Inc. as a Product Operations Engineer.

Thomas Pearce attended Wye Valley 6th Form College, where they pursued A Level in Information Technology. Thomas also attended Wye Valley School, where they pursued a BTEC in Music Recording. In addition to their formal education, Thomas obtained certifications in RHCSA: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 from Red Hat in July 2014 and ITIL Foundation IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in May 2014.
